SHIPPING
All products are shipped directly from our Los Angeles warehouse. Items are normally shipped via USPS within 1-3 business days of when the order was placed. Standard transit time in the US is 4-7 business days. Express transit time in the US is 1-4 business days.
REGULAR ITEMS RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer returns/exchanges for item(s) within 30 days of purchase. All returns and exchanges must be made through the retailer you originally purchased your product from.
Return/Exchange shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Please allow 1 to 7 business days for your return to be processed.
If a discount code or coupon code was used at the time of purchase, the discounted amount that you originally paid will be refunded only (not the full retail product price). Please note that Express shipping fees are non-refundable.
SALE ITEMS (FINAL SALE) RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
Items labeled as "Sale" are considered final sale and cannot be return it for a refund or exchange. We encourage you to carefully review your selection before making a purchase.
REFUNDS
Processed refunds are completed within 1 to 7 business days. Refunds will be issued based on your original form of payment (PayPal, credit card, debit card, etc.)
CANCELLING OR AMENDING ORDERS
In order to maintain a quick turnaround on order processing and shipping, once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or amended.
