SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICIES
At SPORTSME, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. SHIPPING
We base shipping amounts off the weight and size and where you are located. All products are shipped directly from our Los Angeles warehouse. Items are normally shipped via USPS within 1-3 business days of when the order was placed. Standard transit time in the US is 4-7 business days. Express transit time in the US is 1-4 business days.

REGULAR ITEMS RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it to us for exchange or a full refund (excluding shipping). We offer returns/exchanges for item(s) within 30 days of purchase. We cannot accept returns made more than 30 days after the original order date. 

If your product was purchased through a 3rd party retailer, our 30-day warranty does not apply. All return and replace must be made through the retailer you originally purchased your product from.

Return/Exchange shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery. Please allow 1 to 7 business days for your return to be processed. If a discount code or coupon code was used at the time of purchase, the discounted amount that you originally paid will be refunded only (not the full retail product price). Please note that Express shipping fees are non-refundable. 

To request a return on sportsmeinc.com:

  1. Log into your account through Sign In / Register
  2. Select Orders & Request Return.
  3. Choose the Return Items button next to the appropriate order, and follow the prompts to complete your return request.

We ask that you are responsible for all shipping & tracking costs for return.

SALE ITEMS (FINAL SALE) RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
Items labeled as "Sale" are considered final sale and cannot be return it for a refund or exchange. We encourage you to carefully review your selection before making a purchase.
  
 
REFUNDS
Processed refunds are completed within 1-7 business days. Refunds will be issued based on your original form of payment (PayPal, credit card, debit card, etc.)

CANCELLING OR AMENDING ORDERS​
In order to maintain a quick turnaround on order processing and shipping, once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or amended. Any unwanted items after your order has been placed must be returned for a refund (please see the “Returns” and “Refunds” section above).
